Blanchard covers these ottomans in brightly sewn-coloured pieces of repurposed fabrics. The poufs are adorned with leather fringes, balls of knitted wool and decorative stitching. The scraps often originate from deadstock fabric, textile remnants, her clothes, or those of her friends and family. Each unique with individual characteristics.
