Terms and Conditions; shipping and delivery
All quotes provided are excluding VAT & shipping, local taxes, duties & customs unless otherwise specified.
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods ordered are no longer available. Some products may not be available immediately but can be pre-ordered and will be labelled as such.
Delivery Lead Times
Many of our items are created bespoke to order. Therefore, please find our estimated lead time on each product page.
Our estimated lead times consider external supplier shipping, administration and making times. Additionally, the size of items and delivery locations may increase the original lead time quoted. Once your order is ready for its final delivery, we will coordinate with you to find the perfect delivery time.
All standard items can be returned or exchanged if they have not been used. Bespoke items cannot be returned nor exchanged.
If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the parcel by email at email@example.com. All goods returned must be as new, unused and in their original packaging. Upon return, the goods will be inspected, and a refund made within 14 days (excluding original delivery charge). With the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, please note that you will need to cover the return postage and any import duties that may be incurred.
We are not liable for lost return parcels. Therefore, we recommend that you obtain a Certificate of Posting in case the parcel fails to reach us. We strongly advise you to ensure the package in case it is damaged in transport.
Cancellation of order
Cancellation of standard items orders should be made in writing to Customer Services at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of order confirmation online. A later cancellation may not be possible, since we endeavour to ship the goods immediately. Bespoke items orders cannot be cancelled.
Important information for customers from outside EU countries
If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may incur import duty and local sales taxes. Any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer and will need to be paid upon receipt of shipment. These rules vary by country so please contact your local customs office for further information.
